This is perhaps because I always had this in my mind that I will be leading my followers on the right path and will support them throughout. Right from my childhood I always had this natural instinct of taking up the lead role in many of the group projects and help all the other members. My interest in the leadership grew more when I was doing the bachelor of human resource management. I developed an understanding that proper leadership and management is of utmost importance for the proper success of the organization. I also pursued my education further and then did my MBA in the same. This has taught me that I need to develop my communication skills as it is important in managing a group of followers. I feel that studying in the Southampton University will really be very helpful for me as it will guide me further in understanding all the necessary qualifications that I need to inculcate within me for becoming a good leader in the upcoming days. I have got a chance of enrolling myself in so many different training courses like that of crisis management, family harmony according to the cerebral dominance, statistical analysis, and training of trainer courses. These courses have helped me in becoming an able leader. This has helped me in developing my skills in making myself an able leader. I chose to learn these particular courses because these are really very helpful for the growth and development of my career. I believe that being a leader is not easy. I must always act as the support system for all my followers. I must try to provide them not only with professional but also with moral support. I am presently handling a group of about 200 people and I try my level best to make sure that all I am able to understand all their queries. I always try to be empathetic towards them. I have selected this particular University because of the high reputation that it has and I believe that it will surely help me in securing a good position for myself in the upcoming days.
